How do you Bill?

No!  We have experience supporting voice, messaging channels, social media, and offline contact center operations.

Our rates vary depending on multiple factors including desired outcomes, length of engagement, and expected work products.  Schedule a free consultation with us to discuss your project and we can provide a custom rate quote.

We have hourly, monthly, and project based rates.  We will invoice your company monthly unless other terms are agreed upon during our initial consultation.

We are primarily based in Manila. Philippines, however, we can support multiple geographies around the world.  We have expertise in Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.  

We can accept wire transfers, credit cards, and company checks for payment.
